but i'm stuck in the house, i opened all doors except the ones in the upper floor! any help would be appreciated..
also, how to save my progress in the game!?

If you mean that dark mansion you're in, with those cultists, you need too find a key to unlock a door leading to a ladder that holds the entry in the house's basemant.

Forgot to add, to save your game, look for white eye-like symbols, written on walls or floors, with white paint. They're either surrounded by a star or just an eye in flames. Press S when facing them, and save your game progress.
Here's how they look: Sorry I can't find any images on the internet to show you how they look, but they are white painted symbols on walls and floors, some are like an eye in flames, or some are an eye in flames surrounded by a star; that's all the description I can get. For a more proper description, I suggest you check the game's wikipedia or wait for more help in this topic.
