I found no results for my search, and was really surprised to find no results for mods - maybe it is impossible?

I mean, character bio is a very interesting aspect in RPG for me...

Also, is there a mod that allows for 'artifact description' ,remember (...) when you right-clicked on an arena artifact and it would give you a cool background? I'd like to do this for custom item, but... ?

If you're talking about a character bio for your own character, you can simply make one up, as I did. If you want a sheet for it I have one in my profile:

If you meant for NPC's and items available in the game then http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Oblivion is the best site you can go to. Just type the name of whatever you want in there.

Another good site, primarily for lore is http://www.imperial-library.info/.

That may help you with items too, maybe.

Why not create your own mod? Use the CS to write your autobiography or biography into a book. Either use the console to add it to the game or place it the game world via the CS.

As for your second question, I can't think of any mods that do this as well.

thx - this is indeed what i meant, bio info preseent somewhere in the chaaracters sheet (could be a custom book or scroll as u pointed).

i will learn how to use the cs, as i have never tried it b4.
