Character concept for a new run. (Need opinions)

Its been a few month's (well almost half a year) since I last played skyrim set up some mods and I am mulling over a character. Before my characters were fairly basic good guy, evil wizard, the soldier etc or daedra worshiper. Now I want to make a "meaty" character with a back story and he will be using the journal mod. So I am going for an ex knight of cyrodil who fought in the great war so of course he is fairly old (About his forties).

Of course I am going to be bending event's and characters slightly to make for an interesting background so here is my idea, oh by the way he is a redguard.

Since I used the rebuilt Kvatch mod I am going with my character family(ancestors) are refugee's from hammerfell since their town was wrecked by the oblivion crisis and his dad was awesome carpenter so they settled down in kvatch fast foward to fourth era. Now my character is somewhat of a trouble maker in his youth but always had dreams of being a hero like the champion of cyrodil but of course his family wishes him to do the family trade. Now here is where I am going to change things because an avatar of akatosh was seen in the imperial city the new Countess of Kvatch had a church of Arkay built since people go to the imperial city to worship akatosh and bask in all his glory and such.

Oh and the people of Kvatch have an awesome hate of all things unnatrual considering the events of oblivion.

Now the strange thing is that the new countess is a vampire of the Cyrodil Vampyrum Order who set up an inner circle of knights who defended the surrounding the land and having them acting like awesome heroes to stave off being really noticed other than the countess is an awesome and nice lady instead of an undead abomination. Now my character joined the local Militia and him being idealistic as hell made him quite the joke of the group but he never backs down from defending others. Of course my version of Kvatch has made it a thing to kill vampires in the surrounding area since they are hardcoe followers of Arkay (We all know who set up the vampire hunts and why  )

Now after several vampire cleansing's he get's noticed by the knightly group (still can't think up a name for em something that screams vampiric in a subtle way but it is also inspiring) and he becomes a squire of the head knight and few years later the great war hits and the knights are taking the fight to the elves but Kvatch get's attacked while they are away. Of course they go back to defend the town and normally only the inner circle of knights are allowed to enter the castle and trusted servants.

Now considering the elves were attacking it my character just charges inside with out listening to orders because he can't allow the countess to die since she has done so much for the town and finds her murdering elves and khajiit in awesome vampire fashion. He is obviously shocked bla bla bla but the countess convinces the head knight not to kill him, and instead induct him into the inner circle. She manipulates his idealistic personality in defending the people and gets him to fold into her by using the reasoning along the lines of the good she is doing for them and the town no matter her nature. Plus the killing of vampires was for the sake of the town and everyone else.

Of course he sallow's this line of reasoning but has major doubts about his position and everything he believed in and his faith as well. So the countess uses the war and her knights to begin expanding the town of kvatch pushing aside or absorbing smaller settlements. Then knights begin to enjoy more privileged lives and all it cost's them is a blood tribute I mean all that expanding and absorbing those settlements is for their own good right? As the countess power enlarged so did the unsavory acts but to the common man the knights were seen as the hands of Arkay.

My character did not see the ideal vision of his youth but instead a corrupted version of it and he helped do it a wonderful and prosperous town at the hands of a monster. Eventually he got sick of it and went AWOL and after all the vampire assassins and bounty letters from the knights he went north to skyrim and Que the vanilla opening.

Oh and his name is Ostivor oh and one small note these event's caused him to be REALLY cynical. :bunny:

Apologies for the wall of text and grammar this seemed a lot more shorter in my head.
