I could use some help. I've experienced this bug today that I can't seem to find any answer to. I was in Posiden Energy Plant today, was fighting a lot of Glowing Mirelurks. Well I got some poison damage that covers your character in this green like substance that usually goes away after a bit. But even after fast traveling, sleeping and taking all my gear off my character is still showing the poison damage effect on his head and hands. I haven't been able to find any mention of a glitch or bug about this, and I would really appreciate some help. Been on this same character since launch, and I would hate to have to start over after hundreds of hours played and reaching level 63 because my character looks like he's covered in green goo which is irritating to look at after a bit.

Restarting the game fixed it for me, though
