Character Creation Method Help?

I know some folks can hop in on the character creation screen and create some great look-alikes and you can find them all over the internet in the form of mods.

But I was wondering if it was possible to take a picture of someone you wanted to make. Let's assume this person was http://static.tvgcdn.net/MediaBin/Galleries/Imported/BioPix/C/bio_26/yvonne-strahovski1.jpghttp://gallery.strahotski.com/galleries/chuck-screen-captures/season3/ep3.19/strahovski-ep319-015.JPG. Could you blow these images up to the same proportion as the character's head on Skyrim and then compare the two images until they match. I know it would not be a 100% match, but it would be as close as you could get them.

The way it would work is you find the closest eyes to Yvonne's as possible. And then you measure how far the eyes are apart in the image. Let's say it was 1.5 inches apart; so you go on Skyrim and make the eyes 1.5 inches apart. You do this for nose length, mouth, chin, etc etc, all that good stuff.

I was wondering if you guys had any other tips, ideas, or suggestions. If one is not able to use the above method because they can't get the image to match the size of the Skyrim character (or don't know how) how would they go about doing this?

You can do that, but you need a mod. Something like Character Making Extender, or any other similar mod that lets you move more stuff than you can in the original and that can extend the values that can be worked with.

Here's a link to http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12951/?, one example of mod that does something like that.
