Character Creation Mods

Hey guys, Ive been playing oblivion for as long as its been out but on the Xbox... And just recently i decided to play again, but as i was playing i noticed, "holy crap everyone is unbearably ugly..." So i got oblivion for the pc and i was wondering what Character Creation mod is best, dont worry about it being simple i can handle it XP

I think what the OP wants is a beautification mod. unfortunately i don't know anything about those

There's no 'character creation mod', you can find only bunch of cosmetic mods, better facial textures, custom head meshes, custom races, and UI tweak like http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2170. However, since Oblivion uses Facegen SDK, it's possible to apply a face made with standalone Facegen product(you can get Facegen Modeller demo version) to Oblivion save file(via tool like Facegen to Oblivion converter).

**For NPCs, there're some NPC face overhauls.

Well you can get facial texture mods. There are plenty of those. IFT, Natural Faces, enayla's facial textures. You can also get eye mods. You can also get hair mods. Beard mods. Etc.
