I'm trying to create a new character and it seems that I can't zoom in on my characters face. I've tried closing client and relaunching but nothing. Could this be a bug?

Do you click on the character before you use the scroll wheel?

I've tried everything. Clicking my character. Pressing the - and + buttons. Nothing is working. I can just turn the character.
