it is suposed that my character stays at LVL 1 with GCD 1.8? o.o i think it is acting a little weird ... idk but im thinking to disabling it, i don't remember if it has to work like that, also it conflicts with partners mod because lvling is something necesary there

With GCD, the leveling is just very slow. It took me about 16 gameplay hours to achieve level 2 without paying for training. Note also, that your progress is not reflected in HUD, which shows something like 0/32000 all the time
