So I was taking the goat and after I was done went to turn it in

and then out of no where i fell through the floor and got respawned into the vault except it was the wrong vault because everything was in chaos as if my character was age 19 ...

so i then head off away from the classroom because after falling through the floor and being respawned at random spot was rather disorientating

i then eventually end up in at the overseer and i cant draw my hands out and none of the guards attack me not even the overseer attacks me after i go through all dialog that normally promps him to kill me

I then left the vault and fell off a cliff and died

Sounds like a pretty messed up glitch. But it's early enough in the game that it isn't too inconvenient to start over. Unless you want to continue it that way. It sounds rather interesting actually.
