My first playthrough will probably be a ranger type character.
I will try out a bunch of stuff though.

I'm going to play my greatsword wielding Paladin on my first go through the game. After watching the series "Game Of Thrones" and reading through half of the first book in the series, I really want to model my character after a young Eddard Stark with a mix of myself thrown in there as well. A man of noble heart and strong Stark values. (Also, I wouldn't mind finding a greatsword comparable to the Stark family sword, Ice. Now that would be a badass find.) :tops:

Master of illusion. Avoids fight primarily.
When he needs to take out a VIP he will use his illusions to get close and his bound dagger to finish him off.
When he needs to clear a horde of baddies he'lll use his summons, mind effecting illusions, and his protective alteration spells.
When a fight is personal (duel) he will exclusively use his Enchanted Katana.
[Illusion, Conjuration, Alteration, One-handed (blades), Enchanting, Smithing]

That wasn't on you least so... :whistling:

I will either be using a 'lefty Bio-Shock' style (spell in right hand, weapon in the left [it's what I call it]) with a dagger/shortsword and a fire/lightning spell.

OR

Dual katanas.

i always go for the warrior+mage style...

i use a one handed sword for melee battle and usually overwhelm my opponents with magic to weaken them, bringing summoned creatures into battle with me, and using destruction magic if i wanna keep my distance.

of course, i also use invisibility spells so i can get a good look around before i attack in some instances, just so i dont fall victim to a surprise attack.

it was easier to overwhelm enemies in morrowind since we could have multiple summons, oblivion having a single summon limit kinda crippled my style, so i hope skyrim allows for multiple summons at a time.

I shall repeat what I stated in the last thread asking such a question. "I don't always use a weapon, but when I do, I prefer dual shields," but seriously, if it's possible I'll do it.

Multiple creature summoning would be a godsend, and would help me create a giant posse of beasties to follow me about. :tops:

There are so many combos i want to try!!! :ahhh:

Being an assassins/sneaky means your afraid of running into the fray, and facing the enemy head on.

This.

You should add stealth/magic to the options. I'm planning on playing as an illusionist, that plays with peoples heads before striking when they least expect it.

what kind of unimaginative poll

let me wax some creativity in this messa
(assuming I can create spells)

1. Thief/Mage hybrid - Dual weilds two enchanted Daggers and a dabble here and there with a Bow, sneaks around gets enemy's attention with the bow, sets a Paralyzing Shock Rune with Drain Magicka and health so while im getting boosted by the stronger enemies in the runI can run around strafting small game with my enchanted daggers with the occasional push spell to give myself breathing room

2. Arcane assassin - This Guy I'll outfit with nothing but debuffing spells and some illusion spells namely to Boost the strongest enemy of my choosing and making them fight for me while weakening the fodder and leaving them to him, I'll stick to the shadows keeping the fight going on at a distance, and when I see things getting better I'll cripple my unwilling puppet with a poison or two.

3. Skaal Berserker - this guy is meant to deal damage and nothing else, screw magic, screw sneaking around screw arrows, He's gonna charge in there with his glass eye and cut everything down with his dual war axes. he's built purely to take a deal damage, and while he can be debuffed, he'll have enough reserve hp to deal exceptional damage to anything that moves.

sigh.....attributes...

I'll be doing stealth, using a bow and dagger, also I'll be using a short sword and shield for when I'm detected or just feel like fighting.

I'd be a rogue/scout type character. Mostly using stealth and speed, I'd wield a longsword in my right, and in my left, use a dagger, or sometimes switch to restoration if need be.
