187/210 wg. And my guy is going sooooo slow! wtf... Anyone else having this problem? If so how do I fix this?! It's so frustrating!

Update: I can even fast travel. That's how you know I'm not over-encumbered.

Update 2: Problem solved! Turns out on PC if you press CAPS Lock your character tends to slow down as if he were over-encumbered. Stupid feature, but I'm glad my guy is running normal again!
