Character Hieght

Post » Fri Feb 18, 2011 5:15 pm

Has anyone heard/read anything regarding the editable hieght of the player character? We know that "body size" is customizable in character creation, but we have little idea of what that means. I am one person that is a little miffed that "short races" have not been playable in the ES series. It is my fantasy/role playing series of choice, but frankly I'd like to play a midget argonian or some sort of "Golam" type character.

"Live life in another world" is the series tagline afterall.

I would assume that, to an extent, you customize height, yes. I doubt you'd be able to make yourself like a hobbit though. There are limits.

I just assumed that height would be included this time around. I always wanted to make my woodelf taller and my Nord slightly shorter.

Do not see why not, Oblivion races had different height. Just a missing setting prevented us from scaling characters outside this.

Even in games that have character scaler during creation, have limit to how tall or short you can be. But there would probably a mod to set it to near-infinite value, lol
