Hi everyone, recently i installed oblivion again and the character moves so fast, it moves even faster in tight places like in the tutorial, it even take out the sword really fast. i reinstalled the game but its the same. Is this some kind of bug, i only played Oblivion on the PS3 before

Try downloading OBSE, followed by Oblivion Stutter Remover. It will cap your fps at 30 which is the same as the PS3 version.
