Hi

Need some help here, in Skyrim a modder used Photoshop or gimp to create an exact replica for me. Unfortunately said modder is not replying to messages or does not even seem to be active any more.

So my question is, Is there anyone around who is able to do this? I have checked the tutorials but they are all about sitting there for hours doing it in game in creation mode. I am not knocking those creations per say im just saying they do not look like the actual name sake. In fact all my female toons are of gorgeous Vault Girl http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/193/?

So if any one can help or tell me how to do it in gimp ect it would be great thanks
