Character Rollover?

just wondering... should you be able to salvage on a difficulty multiplyer? Or, should u go Jax style and have to complete the game first AND play on a multiplyer?

um...no, oblivion takes place 200 years ago and in a diffrent province, noway the CoC's items are in skyrim (well its highly highly highly unlikly)
