I was watching a video on YouTube of Link Wray on American Bandstand and the shows host dike Clark reminded me of the chairmen from the tops, I watched a few more videos and got to thinking about how his persona might transfer over into New Vegas as the PC, only im finding it difficult on deciding what exactly this character might entail and I couldn't certainly use some ideas/pointers/help.

What would his SPECIAL be?

Who would he side with in the Mojave?

What would his skills be?

I wouldn't mind hearing some ideas or perspectives

he would have high chasma and his speech and barter skills would be high. can't see him being much of a fighter. he would wear light armor or no armor. using weapons that don't weigh much and avoid fighting as much as possible. unlimited stealth boys can be had in the game.

his main quests would be getting all the snow globs and helping out getting acts for the talent show. siding with house. he needs the strip for his line of work.
