That looks to be the Runescorched Garb Mod from this mod. Careful, as when I used it, it seemed to replace the Cuirass of the saviors hide, though that may be a result of a merged objects file.

There actually was a brand of organic chocolate that uses the name Dagoba without the h that I decided to use for his name. I thought that it sounded more like a person's name than a place or chocolate brand.
