Title says it all. I am running the following set up:

Windows 7 64 bit
I5 Sandybridge 2500k 3.3ghz
Gtx 560 ti 1GB

Neither the player nor NPCs cast shadows. I have set the ini to bDoActorShadows=1 but still no joy. The menu is greyed out in game.
