My decrepit avatar and Vilja are in the Imperial City Market District, having sold spoils accumulated during a number of road patrols. Prior to that they patrolled the Blue to Bruma, delivered several mercantile packages there, and delivered supplies to Roxey Inn on the way back. They also managed to acquire the tenth and final Minotaur Horn for Vilja, who seems done with her ingredient requests for now.

ADDENDUM: I forgot to mention that they exited Weye Manor that morning to be greeted by another assassination attempt. Unlike the previous attempt, there was no fancy maneuvering involved. The fellow foolishly stood awaiting them on the road, in the middle of the village. Needless to say he went down fast. This was the 121st such attack my avatar has thwarted since agreeing to safe-guard a scroll of religious significance. (The game keeps track.)

After she left Aleswell, Wild Elf was planning to go back and kill the Wizard, but she forgot. Wild Elf doesn't hold grudges for very long, and she doesn't keep her mind on things she's not doing. It's not that she's forgetful, but she just tends to focus on the here and now.

She went exploring in Fingerbowl Cave, looking for Cairn Bolete, and she found some of the nasty Black-Robes down there, playing with dead things. She turned the Black-Robes into dead things, and took their stuff. She found some nice Alchemy equipment; now she can make better poisons.

121 attempts? Is your decrepit avatar the luckiest man in Cyrodiil or just the best with a sword? :lmao:

Skarsgard awoke in the Imperial Bridge Inn in a much better mood. He felt a little embarrassed about his 4-bottles-of-cheap-wine-and-chat-up-the-barmaid stunt last night, but thankfully she didn't seem to mind, finding the whole thing amusing. She fed him a good healthy breakfast of graqes, cheese and freshly baked bread, helped him put on his steel boots and sent him on his merry way towards Cheydinhal. Skarsgard was happy to give her establishment a 4/5 in return, and a healthy tip for her kind hospitality.

Lothran went wandering the area around Skingrad tonight. He visited Shardrock and helped defend it against a lone West Weald Bear. Then, as he walked below the ruins of Kvatch on the northen side, something amazing happened.
He discovered an Ayleid ruin which gave him a brand new marker on his map! :celebration: This has not happened in such a long time! So now my white-haired Dunmer has discovered 357 locations which is definitely cause for celebration!

Bernadette is quickly becoming more and more corrupt now the dark brotherhood has taken her in as family. Having only been treated so far as an annoying worm of Cyrodiil, only receiving kindness when she has items to sell, it was very refreshing to walk into a guild that was kind and loving. She doesn't want to kill the innocent in cold blood, but she can't seem to stop.

Chorrol. Late afternoon. My decrepit avatar and Vilja have left the Oak and Crosier, untethered Groucho outside their sales shoppe, and are heading toward the city South Gate. They plan to return to and spend the night at Weye Manor.

Chorrol was somewhat out of their way. They normally would not have gone there in conjunction with a Skingrad road patrol. But my avatar recently felt the need to tie up loose ends. One loose end in particular. Long ago he was asked to find brides for seven brothers. He chanced upon several agreeable women early on, and others during the course of his many extended adventures. But he never found the seventh. "Surely," he through, "if a seventh willing female exists I'll stumble across her during my travels." Alas. Truth to tell, he gave up the hunt quite some time back and had all but forgotten the matter.

Then, while rummaging through stored possessions at Weye, he chanced up the request letter. Suffering minor pangs of guilt, he racked his atrophied brain for civilized locales he might not have visited since accepting the commission. Only two such came to mind, both far of the beaten path. He resolved to visit them at the earliest opportunity.

One location happened to be reasonably near Chorrol. Their sales shoppe is situated in Chorrol. "Why not", thought he, "kill two birds with one stone? Visit the remote site and replenish sales bins?" Thus the stop in Chorrol.

And the bride? Did the gamble succeed? I am not at liberty to say. Our avatar's must each find their brides in their own time and manner.

Just started a new character, haven't played in a while so yeah.
His name's Spiro, and he's a 20-year-old Imperial. Woke up in the Imperial Prison with no recollection of how he got there, in fact, no recollection of anything past his name, his age and that he was born in Skingrad.
He's currently standing around in the area just after the first encounter with the assassins (where, incidentally, he discovered he's a dab hand with a sword), wondering how the bloody hell he's supposed to find his way out of the maze-like warren of tunnels he's found himself in :)

After spending some time in the nice town of Skingrad, Lothran decided to head back to his shack at the Waterfront. It′s an area he really likes and his little shack holds many surprises ;)
He went through the woods and emerged at Pell′s Gate where he was surprised to see that the residents had built a small dock by the river. Thanks to the boat there he was able to nice and easy get to the Waterfront without even using his water walk spell!

Currently he′s standing outside Chestnut Handy Stables, admiring the view over the countryside.

Aela decided she better head to the Imperial City to stock up on some potions/food, as she is planning to go on a trip to Morrowind, but that plan soon came to an end when she was approached by a young man, who was inquiring about his father. This seemed like an interesting quest, so she decided to take him up on it.
Before she knew it... she ended up in a strange land called Windfall, where everybody was fighting and the monsters were vicious. She didn't like it very much there, not enough trees and too open, but alas she decided she better help out the townsfolk and see what she can do (apparently more than she thought she could).

Know she is working to resolve some problems in the main city called Windfall. Named after the province I suppose.

P.S.
If anyone wants this mod its called Windfall. It features over 52 quests (in the main story alone, more side quests) which have a Morrowind-y feel in the sense that there are no map markers, and you have to listen carefully to what the npc's are saying for your quest. Also, it is in a whole new map called Windfall.

Windfall is one of my favorite quest mods, possibly my favorite during my first play-through. Not only does it have a main quest that forces you to choose sides, but its largest side-quest is complex enough to serve as a main quest in many another mod. When all was said and done I might have preferred this side-quest over the main quest. (That said, that it ended rather abruptly and in my opinion too soon plot wise was a disappointment.) The mod lacks a bit of polish and can be a bit glitchy, but not enough so to ruin the experience. (And yes, lack of hand-holding can be a bit unnerving at first when used to clear-cut guidance.)

This mod left such a deep impression on me that I decided NOT to install it this play-through, strange as that sounds. I guess I just felt I needed a longer breather away from it compared to other quest mods.

yeah its definitely a fun mod im only at the part where
Spoiler
you have to spy on the opposite faction (about 2 missions in once you choose a side)
and its pretty good. I don't think ive seen any bugs/glitches YET, but ill keep an eye out.

Baa is a bit like a squirrel, nosing around into everything, so we are pretty sure all the vanilla Oblivion Markers have been found. She has 401 listed in her journal. That includes SI, KOTN, 60 Oblivion Gates, and two mod houses that put down markers. Not sure if she found everything in SI. No other DLCs are installed.

Here’s a location that doesn’t have a marker: http://i1250.photobucket.com/albums/hh539/tmodel/Baa2012-03-17-01.jpg Sorry about the fire and stuff, it seems an Oblivion Gate opened on top of it the other day. It sure fried those two Bandits that lived there.

Edit: Oh, and that’s Baa’s companion hauling the loot from the Oblivion World.

Eleanor is speaking with Umbacano in his house in the Imperial City. She doesn't particularly like the man, but he pays a good price for Ayleid statues. She'd been wondering if it would look nice in her home when she stumbled upon one of Umbacano's guards in the city, and when she payed him a visit he bought the statue. Fergus doesn't seem to like the idea of finding more though - he was set upon by a horde of zombies in the ruin they found the statue in while Eleanor looked for treasure.

I'm starting to take a break from Eleanor. She's a fantastic character, but she's very full-on - that happens when one becomes a Daedric Prince, especially the one of Madness!

That's one questline I never finished, the Ayleid statue one, and at least 6 of my characters (maybe more than 6) started it. Lady Saga is gonna be the one who'll most likely finish it first.

tmar: one of my characters discovered the Isolated House, probably because she was associated with KotN, and the Priory is nearby. That's the place that bandits usually inhabit, unfortunately.

I′m sure becoming a daedric prince must be a very special thing  So she′s back in Cyrodiil again, did you write that before and I just missed it?

Edit: Oh, and have you tried to worship yourself yet down at the shrine?

Yes! She's living in Chorrol, where shes enjoying the Great Forest and the close proximity to Martin, in the IC.

And yes! She has, and was met with some very disapproving tones from Haskill ;) although he did admit it could be a good thing - 'prince of madness and all that' :lmao:

She will be returning to the Isles soon though. She needs to take Fergus on the Grand Tour!

I checked that thread out. Notice that while my hours-played are mentioned by a number of contributers, my avatar's name is not. This is perfectly understandable. Even in real-life I'm a pretty forgettable individual.

I started formulating a replay, but gave it up. I feel too much the proverbial 'fish out of water' there, me not yet having purchased Skyrim. And in any case much of the reason my plays-through last as long as they do is simply because I'm the sort of person who favors and strives for longevity and permanence, and can be fiercely dedicated to something I enjoy...and I DO enjoy this game, warts and all. There's more to it than that of course, but I'm too muddleheaded at the moment to do it justice.

As for my decrepit avatar, he and Vilja are currently in Weye Manor, where they spent the night upon returning from Chorrol. He might well break routine and visit and old contact located high in the mountains near the province's northeast border. Or he might simply grab another road patrol assignment. (Bravil is next on the rotation roster.) We shall see.

I doubt that anyone knows your decrepit avatar as anyone but Decrepit! Does he have a name other than that?

As stated elsewhere, another name appears on-screen during those few instances where it is shown in-game. My decrepit avatar was originally conceived as a thrown-away character with which to learn game mechanics. Due to that I put no thought into naming but instead saddled him with one of my standard RP names. It's a good name, but not suitable for a Nord. That being the case, I began thinking of him as decrepit, which perfectly describes his circumstances during the years immediately prior to finding himself in the Imperial Prison.

Where did Baa pick up her companion? There's something instantly likeable about her. I think she reminds me of myself a little, though my hair isn't blonde.

Any chance of linkage, or what is the thread called? It sounds like interesting reading.

Lothran continues his little quest of finding all the ferryboats in Cyrodiil. He currently roams the island around Imperial City and http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1364730-more-oblivion-screenshots/page__view__findpost__p__20634062 is his latest find.
