Diviath Fyr would actually make sense(assuming he wasn't killed when the Ministry of Truth crashed) since he have already lived for about 4000 years. The "real" Mannimarco actually appeared in OB as the Shade of the Revenant(if I'm not completly confused) so I hope might have a physical appearance.
The Nerevarine would probably not appear since s/he was the hero of MW and therefor every Nerevarine would be different.

Divayth Fyr would be awesome. Seeing the properannimarco would be cool too. I'd like to think that Yagrum Bagarn escaped with Divayth so he'd be nice too. I would certainly NOT want to see the Nerevarine as he is me. My backstory incorporates the same character going through Morrowind, Bloodmoon, Tribunal, Oblivion, Shivering Isles, and Skyrim (that whole Akavir thing was to remove suspicion of my true identity, as was landing myself in prison again). Seeing him/her would destroy that whole concept, unless they're in the game in such a way that they could be perceived as an imposter.

Divayth Fyr, absolutely. As a matter of fact, I thought of that as soon as I found out that the set-up was that Morrowind had been overrun and many of the Dunmer were refugees in Skyrim. A couple of centuries would be nothing for Divayth Fyr, and honestly I'm going to be a bit disappointed if he's not in the game.

For that matter, it wouldn't be terribly out of place for any number of mer from the other games to make an appearance. It'd be much tougher to work in any of the other races, just because of their relatively short lifespans, but the mer live long enough that it's entirely possible. So lesser-known characters could at least pop up for cameos to please long-time fans - Ardaline, Calindil, Falanu Hlaalu, so on.....

I'd love to see some recurring characters from previous games. I only picked up the series from Morrowind but I think they could put any of the memorable NPCs into TES V. They could be ghosts, undead (vampires, werewolves, etc.) Daedra, or even some mage who's keeping him/herself alive using magic, but they can also be relatives of past characters. I'd like to see Vicente Valtieri return and this time around he can be the Listener in the Dark Brotherhood and can also be an uber powerful vampire...which then gives the PC an option for entry into the Dark Brotherhood as well as the chance to become a vampire (by choice anyway). I know it sounds similar to OB but it kind of makes sense to me that Valtieri would still be alive, be even more powerful than he was in OB and would have taken over the Dark Brotherhood after the hero of OB died. Either that or he could be the leader of his own coven of vampires which you might stumble upon in a cave or cavern while exploring and which you could become a part of and use that coven as one of your "homes".

Also, I agree, relatives of Adoring Fan, Fargoth and Glarthir would be hilarious! Fargoth's relative should still have Fargoth's ring, with a backstory on how it came to him. Short of another adoring fan, maybe they can have an adoring mudcrab that follows you around but is not as irritating as Adoring Fan was.

I would like for the game to go looking for Oblivion and Morrowind saves, and import the highest level character from each as a statue of the CoC and Nerevarine respectively.

I was gonna put creeper, but he is most likely be Barbas, the hound of Clavicus Vile, (remember, you had to carry him around for a while in OB) he said something like ""For a while I was a scamp, making deals with Orcs", which kinda proves it.
