I've had this issue for a while now, and a clean uninstall + registry clean has done nothing to fix it. I'm at my wits end.
This happens with no mods running - total vanilla as well as with mods. It only affects female characters when they strafe to the left. Whenever they do the left arm looks utterly mangled, I have no idea what's caused this or when it happened.
How do I fix this? Anyone had a similar problem?
