characters in the cut scenes?

Post » Tue Jan 25, 2011 1:41 am

I've seen gameplay (more specifically the container city and the one where you escort a civilian), where the characters from the cut scene are actually seen in the match fighting, so i was wondering if your playing with a full team in co-op/multiplayer when they show the quick cut scene, would it be played out with preset characters? or the player's created one?

The characters in the cutscenes are your team's characters.

If this is so, does the accent change for each character, or is it their set accent?

Your character would have the voice pack you have choosen for your character, the others would have ones that are set for that bot or wht that player picked for their character.

Ohhhhh I hope none of the cutscenes' characters are set in stone -- that way I could poke fun at my teammate for having just jousted with him over the aquarium. ^_^

I think characters are given random roles in cutscenes, but i think singleplayer, you're character is in the background doing various tasks, or says very little.

In co-op and nultiplayer, characters get rabdom spots with pre set actions and lines, like in KZ3 operations mode.

sweet, i figured that'd be the case. i'd assume after a while of playing the same scenario over and over online that the same cut scene would get bland.. i think switching the characters up with your own teams characters would be a bit entertaining to see :)

If you are playing in "your" campaign (with "your" matchmaking), your character will have the main role. You're sort of playing his story in the whole war, after all.

If you are playing online, spots will be given randomly, but kept throughout a mission.

I wonder how much work has gone into voice actors for all the accents for all the lines...

I hope there are a lot of lines of dialogue, too.
