Bad idea, we'll basically have everyone playing the game before its even released, but with bugs and constant server crashing. Besides I believe that is in some way illegal, and would have them lose money repairing servers. Well I guess we're just a couple of problem solvers

I would pay too, as long as that fee included the actual game. Everyone who raised objections wouldn't pay $5 to play beta over the cost of the game? All I want for Christmas is APA and a gauss rifle.

Silly idea. If you want to support gamesas, go have a look at their released titles. Why do games studios have to fight and die? War, war never changes : (

Ive done this with the LAST TWO fallout games and im done. At least with NV i sold it back for 40$ to some one else and got part of my money back.

If you're a fan of the game, wouldn't you want gamesas to select the people who they trust have the mindset and background to develop the game into a succesful one? O_O

Implausibly altruistic vision of the world as it may be, but come on, let anyone pay themselves into the beta, and the end product would be much more likely to become a bastard child, created by curious people with little to no affection for the FO universe. Just a need to get the "Achievement" to say "I played beta! \o/" for the 2 months they bother to play the game they screwed up horribly.

By no means am I saying the majority of the players here would do that, but.. the idea alone is haunting

I and i believe many others will see this as cheapskate.Why pay for something incomplete?Also in case you forget you dont sign in the beta just to play,its more akin to a crash test,you have to find mistakes and provide C&C to fix mistakes.
