[BUG] Charged for in-app purchase, but not getting content!

I was playing the new Android free to play Fallout Shelter when I decided that I would support the Dev team and make a few in-app purchases. With this decision I purchased a Mr. Handy as well as a lunchbox for a total of $2.12. Upon completion of the transaction I was charged from Google this amount, but then tells me that it has lost connection. I did not receive my in-app purchases. Going to test this process again to buy the item it then notifies me that I already own this item.


I still want to support Bethesda so I am currently not looking for a money refund, but instead want the content I paid for.


Can anyone help?

The same thing happened to me last night trying to buy Mister Handy's on my Android. I had to call Google Support and get a refund today. Check and make sure you weren't double charged for one of those also. The guy I spoke with from support informed me that one of the Handy packs I bought was charged twice but I never received any of them.

Also had that issue, but with 15 LunchBoxes.
