Charisma and Luck seem more useful now

Looks to be the stats Todd used in the gameplay demos. Todd cranked his Charisma to 7 and his Luck stat up to 10 in his character creation, allowing him to perform all those critical hit animation kills in V.A.T.S.

Science (Gun Nut perk) unlocking what and how you can upgrade and modify weapons and armor, setting up gun turrets for town defenses. The hacker perk affecting how you build power terminals that control gun turrets and power supply.

Speech (Local Leader perk) allowing you to build trading stands for merchants to set up shop in your town. Luck determining how fast your criticals meter recharges for critical hits and animation kills.

Looks like Charisma won't be a dump stat after all this time around.
