Are there any good Cha items that can be worn with armor or spec armor Cha items?

Fashionable and black glasses comes to mind. Can be worn with cha hats ( minuteman, etc). But I think the best cha modifier is from Agatha′s dress ( cha+3).

I kept the Black Rimmed Glasses, Militia Hat and T Shirt and Jeans. Those add 4 CHR (1+1+2) and don't weigh that much. But honestly the whole 'dress like a clown to get CHR bonuses before talking' was getting old. I really hate this feature.

Reginald's suit..trilby hat..and black rimmed glasses give +5 CHR..




I know right...especially since like me, I have 7 pieces of armor to put back on afterwards..half the time I forget, and wonder why a radroach just took half my health away...I wish you could create like sets of cloths/armors..one click switch

Yeah a couple times I put on my armor but forgot my fatigues. Sooner or later my companion would tell me to put my clothes on ... unless it was Cait. She let's me know she likes it.

These items (Agatha's Dress and Reginald's Suit) are basically the same item. They come from the same quest, but you get the dress when playing as a female, and the suit when playing as a male.

I have CHA items. I mean CHA items that can be worn with armor or special starred armor with Cha.

Then your only choice is the Green Shirt and Combat Boots, which only provides 1 Charisma. No other under-armor provides any Charisma bonus.

If you can find a decent source of Hubflowers, you can always just use Graqe Mentats.
