he wont follow me through the black doors, very annoying, how can i solve this?

This happens to me as-well. He won't follow you through to the Museum of History Lobby, but once you're out of the building, he'll be there. Just leave the building..

Or do the ol' Shady Sands Shuffle on him. That'll teach the rotting zombie maggot farm...
