I'd love to race my friends in a parkour time challenge or chase and Hunt them down!

I imagine that doing a course in a limited amount of time is one of the levels in challenge mode, but to actually make a competition out of it, I think you will just have to compare times, or maybe make a private room and do it on a normal map.

Or someone will make a mod!?

Supposing that SD release an SDK or mod tools of somekind, it could be entirely possible through a mod.

In this case, a mod does seem really likely, but I generally don't rely on "someone can make a mod" as a response, because someone could make anything into a mod with enough time. Many of the most well known game mods use nothing more than the engine of the original game. With that criteria, you could call the V-10 Tomahawk motorcycle a Dodge Viper mod.

I can see this in challenge mode.
