I've been trying to get in touch with EA.com in order to get some informations about my Crysis 2 problem.

And my Crysis 2 problem (as well as quite few people around) is not being able to use online my account with Limited Edition code attached to it.

Was going to copy/pase my online chat convo log, but since there's to much to edit, I'll paste only last line from EAS.com representative:

Kaine: The issue you are facing seems to be complicated. I'm forwarding your issue to our senior support they will contact you through email system. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Before that, he informed me that my Limited Edition code is in EA database as NOT USED, however I wasn't able to attach it to another gamesas.com account, because "Usage Limit has been reached". Not to mention the email with redemption confirmation that I've received few days ago.

He supplied me with 2 LE codes - non of which worked, because "Promotion code was not found".

So, all I have to say is: ****.

Anybody else tried to contact Crytek or EA support? What was yours outcome. Share please, maybe there is hope...

Hey, at least you were forwarded up the line, rather than blown off with a stupid-as-hell "You'll have to make a new account".

You see, I don't have a problem with creating another account, I don't really care about this nick.
All I want is to be able to play using my Limited Edition account.

EA.com representative supplied me with two LE codes, but when I've attached them to my fresh, working online in game account - they simply didn't work.

Well, have you tried some of possible fixes from other threads? For example, I also couldn't register my LE in Opera, I tried about 10 times throughout 2 days, and gained nothing. Then I logged out, started Internet Explorer, cleaned its cache, used it to log in to this site and entered my code again. And voila, it worked.

i found this way works

1. make new login (ingame)
2. login to gamesas with login just made (out of game)
3. enter le codes (mine had never been used at the time tho)
4. log back into game and enjoy
