Its time to stop buying all of this crap. Save out money to go on a trip to Europe or do something better with our lives then playing these crappy games on this crappy hardware.

I've been dealing with this level of customer support for various reasons/products for days!!!

I just called EVGA today because my videocard (570GTX) was messing up in Crysis 2, and it was an English speaking guy, who said "hahah yeah I'm waiting on that purchase, all day long I deal with people talking about Crysis 2 issues, I'm not buying that game!" ... at first I was upset and later, I realized what a smart mofo he was!!! I bloody well LOVE Crysis, and thus Crytek, but JESUS did they mess up this time around by releasing this game at the stage it's in.

I love EA too because of the NFS line (which came out, and I'm picking up in 8 hours!!!) but to hear and read that **** makes me disgusted. Sorry you had to deal with it. If you want, call EVGA and talk to them, they're all actually really cool, educated people! He helped me figure out a few secret overclocking things too that I didn't even think about (obvious after the fact) and now my 570 is running at a core speed of (cool, and error-free) 875mhz, shader clock at 1700 vs stock 732/1464 respectfully! NOW THAT's customer support.

Ok, I'll give em a call, but I don't know what I am going to say to them lol. My issue is with crysis 2! Don't know if they will be able to help me log in :P


yo bro..if you stil ldidnt solve your login issue i had the same **** ever since demo..but i fixed it so if u still have the same problem and if u didnt try what im going to tell you try that..create a gamespy account not just one a few of them use the same nickname and password on your crysis 2 login..see if that works..it worked for me after trying for like 5 hours. alrigght man let me know what happens

Hey man I'm sorry for your login issues, and it's hard to realize this but Christie was doing everything she was probably told and trained to do. I'm sorry she didn't solve your issue but you gotta realize she's probably dealing with upset people every day every hour because that's how customer service is in everything. Imagine your girlfriend in high school, completely explosive and easy to upset working at customer service, absolutely ridiculous. So be a gentleman and don't indirectly hate on "Christie" and post this conversation on the forums as some type of mocking bench. Not cool.

I absolutely agree with this guy here...Christie didn't make crysis 2 LOL...she works with EA so therefore she wouldnt know about how to fix the bugs all she can do is google just like you cuz they are not crytek customer she can only refund and she said ull hear from them in 24 hours or w.e ive seen people return the game and get their money back...im done buying games anyway after this ****...but don't hate on christie lol
