Hmm i've suspected that you were trolling for a while. You clain ceph, a known cheater, who is whizzing around like they are using a speed hack and energy hack, like they usually do, is in fact just showing a bug?. If its repeatable, its an exploit and cheating. Most likely though they are using a hack.

Its unfortunate when Crytek doesn't do anything against obvious repeat offenders.
