Yesterday the day of patch 1.9 i allready saw a guy running arround with an emplacement gun, as fast as i did with my scar. he had unlimited ammo, super jump, and unlimited suit energy resources.

When he was shooting he stayed in cloak.

all this happened in a 1.9 server. and he atleast played 4 games with these cheats until i told him i recorded his cheats and would send it to crytek. then he leaved.

I will post the video tonight! as i was a team member of him and followed him with whatever he did. showing clearly that he is a cheater.

I must say im getting sick and tired of these mofo's ruining the game of all the other players, and crytek doesnt seem to care anything about it... These guys should get their account banned when they are caught cheating! why is it even god damn possible that they can keep on ruining the game for people who play fair?

allot of other games are banning players when they cheat. This way all the people who are thinking of cheating in the future will scratch the back of their heads when they hear that their account will be removed and cdkey banned when they do... trying will mean getting caught and instantly lose the ability to play online.

The worst part is that the vote system is a joke! i never saw any cheater getting kicked because there is simply noone that knows how to vote...

Im seriously looking for an other game to play online. im getting pissed off and sick and tired of this. The worst feeling is that you feel helpless.. there is a guy running 10 times faster then you in cloak the whole game and you simply cant do anything about it but die everytime. this frustrates people very bad. resulting for me that i quit playing crysis 2.

Do something about this crytek, or you loose allot of players very soon.

by the way one last note: a few days ago i saw a guy standing on a building that is not passable. that people can cheat and high jump is 1.... but that the server does not recognize when a player is outside the boundries and still doesnt kick them is out of the question!!!! (this cheat was used combined with walking through walls, what was very good vissible on kill cam. )

I dont understand why crytek svcks so much with anticheat. i clearly thought they learned by now, after the whole crysis 1 incident wich caused all players to stop playing online after a few months..... this is ridiculous

Tell everyone to press f1. Some even press it because they don't know what it does so they just try it

This is a very good thing! i will do a report of this guy with video footage tonight. this will seriously keep allot of em out of the game!

I advise everyone to install fraps and when you get killed by a cheater or see something strange to record it. and send it to anti-cheat@crytek.com atleast now we can do something against it!

@crytek, maybe its smart to make a big warning message with this info the first time. where people read how to do something against cheaters. cheaters will read it and hopefully dont even try to cheat!

no he had a strange name. you'll see tonight when i post the video. i'll open a special channel and going to reveal as much cheaters as i can. im sick of these kiddies.

open a new topic, and we bump it daily so it stays on top, with cheater name, and video of the hack. I have a couple of player names too in my head.

Play on official servers... I play on official servers for like 1,5 months, and I haven't seen one cheater...

And what makes you believe that mr. sygys is NOT playing on official servers?
I always play on official servers (had filter on since day 1 official EA +ranked ones), and i can name you at least 5 hackers. Just yesterday i saw 2.

i play on all servers, it doesnt make a difference! the only thing that can be done is joining a server with people of that server playing in there, so that the server admin can kick them manually... most host or admins are not playing in their own server though, making it useless.

Official servers are not monitored properly either. so there is no use only join them. the best way to catch them is by catch them playing.

There should also be a spectator mode wich gives people the ability to monitor a player and record what he is doing. now you can only see what he is doing when he kills you

How do i record the hackers? how do i make a video out of it? i havent seen any in a while but when one appears it is impossible to kick him, the kick feature wont work, ppl are too busy shotting and avoiding bullets :S

Well I personally use FRAPS for catching video of cheaters. I don't run it constantly but only after I see something suspicious because sometimes things can look suspicious due to lag. IE sometimes it appears someone was shooting from stealth when it was just lag making it appear they were still in stealth. I use the paid version of FRAPS. The unpaid version version inserts a Fraps-logo "watermark" along the top of the video window, limits the length of time per recording to 30 seconds, and only permits you to save still-image screen captures as Windows Bitmap (BMP) files. You can then use the editor of your choice to edit down and recompress the video to the type of video you'd like. FRAPS recommends Tsunami Mpeg Encoder or VirtualDub for your editing, but a quick google shows that windows movie maker, adobe premiere, and a few others support it.

There are many tools able to do video and screenshot capture of games so if you feel so inclined shop around until you find something that works for you. I'm not trying to hard sell you on FRAPS but I've personally had a good experience with it. You may find a free tool that works just as well for you though:)

you can view my youtube channel which contains videos of this type below to give you an idea as to what i've been able to capture, edit, and upload. Only the videos captured in games used FRAPS. I use other tools for screen capture outside of games. Good luck
