I stopped playing after meeting cheaters on almost every server, telling myself I'd wait for the patch. I saw the patch and ran some games hacker free, but just now I ran into another hacker. The same kind of hack, infinite cloak and can shoot while staying cloaked.

This is not to bash Crytek, but to let them know that there is still cheating online, the same kind of cheats pre-patch, so please address this asap.

I'll be taking a break until the next patch or I'll probably just get bored of the game. You have a great MP game on your hands, don't let hackers and other issues ruin it.

Oh btw, the name of the hacker was xmaschx. Don't know what good it will do, but at least other players will know that he is a hacker if they see him online.

I dont know whether there is patch coming or not but cheating is in all servers, administrators do something, i saw a guy jumping from one side of the map to almost the other, i saw a guy in god mode we where shooting 2 persons as it was team deathmatch and he just could not die, of course the permanent energy-cloak is a must for every cheater.

come on guys do something except the fact that we paid 50 euros almost $70 it is very bad publicity

They're not going to care if the game fails in three weeks. They already got a majority of the money they were going to get and they're making a lot more on consoles without much of the frustration. They're going to leave the game as is with the bare minimum anti-cheat

they're not "everywhere" there are significantly less than there were. But anti-cheat stuff doesnt just instantly stop every single hack.

this anti cheat script is more stupid than the decision of not taking care of this **** before the game was released

After a nice day of fishing, feeling relax and starting Crysis, first round no cheater WOOHOO!!. Second round yep too bad i found a damn cloaked shooting ass with his unlimited energy. Round 3 some guy run crazy fast and almost cant see him and impossible killing him because he punch me in the face. So now i quit game again and feeling stressed and angry because of all those f*king annoying dumb people that are using cheats and ruining the game.. I go play BFBC2 till this issue is fixed.

ps: i DIDNT pay 50 euro for THIS and really HOPE for a SOLUTION very very FAST!

There are less cheaters today than yesterday morning that's for sure. But then I have seen someone today speeding all over the map with a JAW with infinite ammo shooting it like it was a Feline, crazy.

The core gameplay of Crysis 2 is fun and addicting! It is not Crysis 1 but it does a good job at being a quick paced nano suit multiplayer experience. IF this cheating/false cd-key usage isn't fixed in a very short period of time (the next few weeks at the highest); then this will prove to be the most laughable game release on the PC platform to date. And to think that this is Crytek we are talking about here could make it twice the disgrace. My motto has always been "IN CRYTEK WE TRUST!!" And it will take a huge amount of trust to wait and see what Crytek will do against what seems to be massive security exploits on the PC version. An anti cheat/piracy measurement must be deployed so that only legit owners can log into the MP portion, (pirates being able to log in and play with people who have actually bought their game is insulting!), and that cheating gets severely penalized. THIS MUST BE DONE! And I am sure that they are working on it, if not then I will personally burn all my Crysis games and never speak highly of Crytek again.
