Very nice!

What caught my eye were the little islands (http://behance.vo.llnwd.net/profiles4/246885/projects/771494/99f4b96baee6ad33e0aca9f7751ece34.jpg, and http://behance.vo.llnwd.net/profiles4/246885/projects/771494/a092682e91a5d46a1c52c40b55f03538.jpg); I hope we can expect some scenes like that to explore in Skyrim.

As a native swede, Id bet a lot that most of these pics (especially the ones including mountains) are from Norway and/or Svalbard. Their fjords are pretty awesome.
Sweden and Finland isnt very mountainous but we have vast (and I mean rly rly rly vast) stretches of forests and more tundra like forests. We also have a lot of lakes and Finland especially a lot of marshland.

Prepare to get some comments like 'Skyrim isn't Scandinavia!' and other crap like that.
Anyway, great stuff.
I hope they put more druid-like stuff (control of weather, summoning earthquakes, control over plants and trees, etc.) since that is the class I wish to play in Skyrim.

I'll be alright with you envying me in the summer, not right now :P. We've had snow since the begining of November here in Stockholm... 4? months and it still isnt gone... Plus we practically never got to see daylight for a month as we're all in school/at work during those few precious hours... Ohh and the temperature dropping below -20 degrees Celsius (thats less than -4 degrees Fahrenheit) aint that fun either xD...

Believe it or not, I used to live in Northern California, and We had a snow like that. It dumped on us, then it stayed for 4 to 5 months. No new snow came. Just the same 4 feet. I feel your pain!

Well...Living in Tucson, Arizona and having to deal with 115 degree August temperatures is not very fun either...Come on down here in winter and bask in the 60-80 degree temperatures and never have to
shovel or salt your drive...

Heh, Southerner! :D

I'm up in Boden. The snow's still 50cm deep in the garden, but our coldest was only -34 Celsius this year. If we're lucky it looks like the temperature might even reach positive over the next couple of days... ;)

Looks like for both of us Skyrim is certainly going to feel familiar!

Haha xD, wow that's like all the way up in Lapland or something, right :P? You've got my hard-earned respect for braving the elements up there!

And yeah, it'll be just like home. xD

Nice pictures there, some of them look like they'd be good inspiration for Skyrim (The radio towers and roads aside, of course.) too bad the graphics of Skyrim aren't quite good enough to pull off some of them yet.
