So I have been to GAMESTOP. . .no BRINK anything anywhere. I have been to BESTBUY. No BRINK anything anywhere. I walk into WALMART last night and two massive BRINK posters at the entrance say " BE HERE AT 12:01 AM MAY 10th for the release of BRINK!" I asked the manager if I could have the posters when they were done with them and they said yes. Even though WALMART helps China become the new world superpower, thanks for being the one and only BRINK advertiser.

They're probably excited because it's the first time they've had a store exclusive bonus.

They have had them for other games ...

I could have sworn Walmart got the Caravan Pack for Fallout New Vegas.

plus other exclusives for many games...wal-mart is sporting a special Mileena skin for Mortal Kombat right now also

Um, I went to my local Gamestop to pick up Portal 2 (great game, BTW), and the display window was packed with Brink Posters.

each gamestop is different and it all depends on the manager. My gamestop is holding a midnight release and brink posters are all over. My walmart says nothing about brink at all

My local GAME store doesnt have any advertisemants for brink, I decide to compensate for it by talking very loadly about how great Brink is whenever the stores packed. :3

I wish my walmart was doing a midnight release.

My gamestop said they are expecting to be out of brink copies and that its the biggest midnight launch they have had in a long long time.

Lol. . .That is always a nice tactic. Sometimes when I was buzzing, I would walk over to Gamecrazy/Hollywood Video (Before they tanked) and the workers in there would love to trash me because I was a PS3er. So I started becoming belligerent when I would go and interject debates with customers and the workers and during the midnight release of MW2 I was waaaaaay trashed and I had signed up for the tourney only to find out it was only being done for 360. Needless to say I was banned from the store at that point. . . :mohawk:

we also got some new "flags" for on the gamecase..i put ours on our XBOX 360 case cause well...thats what i am getting it on XD

I'm going to try to get life size brink poster board character stand up. I don't care what archetype but I want one. I'll pay up to 60$ for it.

My local gamestop also had Brink posters, too.
Three of them: two big and one small----One Anger, one the Look, and the smaller one had the Shield (this one was behind the counter near the new game releases and under the TV---which was showing various ads, including Brink ^_^ ).

Um I have seen brink stuff everywhere!

Just walked into EB Games

and they had a shelf full of Brink cases saying PRE-ORDER!

Gamestop has had their Brink posters up for over a month now. they are all required to have the posters up within a few days of receiving them so clearly you are a fan boy of walmart.

this is sweet.. i never had someone let me have the posters the same day.. I was curious so i called the gstop i preordered at(which is in a mall), and asked if they were doing a midnight release and They actually said they are trying. Talking with the mall to swade them into lettin em. There best be a Brink poster for me to get :turtle:

LMAO. . .I have been called many things in my life but a "Fan Boy of WAL MART" has never been one of them. *Insert PS3 Trophy Noise here*

Few things about this:
Did the Wal-Mart thing as well a few days back, the cardboard standee is next to my wall right now. (just ask, they might say something about a vendor though, but its likely they wont care)
as for GameStop, I'm getting the one at my local GS when they do inventory. (ask your local GS, they might do it too)
There's also a Play N' Trade near me, i haven't asked but if i need to I'll probably dish out a few dollars for their things too if needed (btw their pre-order is three stickers: one resistance logo, one security logo, and a small rectangular brink logo {just says "BRINK" on it tho}).
Haven't been to Best buy yet, but you can do the same thing as the other places if they have anything...
