Cheydinhal's Architecture

It's mentioned that Cheydinal's architectual style was influenced by the Dunmer of Morrowind. That makes sense due to it's proximity to the border. My question is what Dunmer architecture looks like that of Cheydinhal?

If you take a look at the architectual styles of Morrowind (the game) none of the vanilla styles Hlallu, Redoran, Telvanni, Indoril or Velothi, even remotely resemble that of Cheydinhal. Indoril is the closest but it's region of influence is on the other side of the province (not bordering Cyrodiil). Has anyone else thought about this?

The influence of purple and the trees within the city reminded me a bit of Mournhold. It was probably a mix of Imperial with a mainland Morrowind touch.
