Just played multiple rounds against CHI members who were ALL moving impossibly fast while shooting. One particular guy could practically strafe in wide circles (at sprint speeds) WHILE SHOOTING with default Scarab and reflex Scar, all 3 members could move like crazy when aiming down sights. NOT laser scar, but effectively any other weapon. Their aim was still pathetic so I wouldn't exactly call them great players.
