Nicholas-The Honorable Representative of The Communist Republic of Detroit

"I would like to extend a limited time offer to all my fellow attendees, sign a trade agreement now and you shan't be left in the dust when our new Industrialization plan puts us at the top of the wasteland! We have a surplus of quality vehicles and machines that need to be sent somewhere, otherwise the work of the people will have been in vain, we are willing to part with these quality machines for anything you may have to offer. I will be hearing proposals for the next day, so don't hesitate."

OOC: I am having fun with this character XD

Can we have some of those vehicles? Some of the other gangs have been using technicals and driveby's lately. Not sure where they got them though...
But we need them to even the score. Maybe we can overcome them and be onestep closer to being in complete control of Spring and running it in our mafiaistic capitalism.

Natasha Pearson - Champion

Natasha looks on in disbelief at Mr. Wilson's comment. She begins laughing as Max carries on with it, "Are you serious Mr. Wilson, you've never heard of anyone riding a Yao Guai? It's wild, really wild," she wipes away tears.

I don't understand, whats so funny? I'm actually quite worried, I've only had him for 3 days and his temporary taming should have worn off by now. Yes we do ride Yau Guai's into battle, it is nothing to laugh about. My best friend Logan McKill-Slaughter was killed in a Gaui charge.

But anyway, the Brotherhood has no right to cut us off from the rest of the world for such false claims as "threat to the peace of the rest of the wasteland."

Hello, I am the representative from the Dekker Rebellion.

I demand that the Brotherhood's roadblocks around or town be lifted or we will use the force of our men and our allies.

You are not the superpower you once were and cannot simply roll over people anymore.

And what would we get for lifting the road blocks? We still have a formidable force of Behemoth Robots, and just one is more than enough to take out a town. Join with us again and help ride the wasteland of ungodly mutations.

We are willing to be reasonable with all human factions as long as they don't support slavery, raiders, cannibalism and mutations.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was in the Brotherhood's description on the sign up thread.

Other than that great job as the Brotherhood.

James wilson- Gale

"people willing go under this change?" James said " Sorry if i have offended you... but we have never seen one of your kind in Gale before, tell me is this "change" like the Super mutants? One of them lives with us in Gale and has told us much of how Super mutants were produced.

David Meet-The Radiation

"Apology accepted smoothskin," said David, but there was a hint of irritation in his voice. "On the matter of "The Change", it's a simple case of differing amounts of radiation in a controlled environment. We've created one or two ferals, but none with a sustainable mental capacity. Small loss really, since we use impurities for these tests." said David, with a shrug.

*looks at Wilson, slightly confused*
Why do you think we ride the Yau Gaui in the first place? Let me tell you, nothing like riding one in the middle of a Yau Guai charge like the knights of old. And the bike chain was just because I was in a hurry and had nothing else to use, he submitted though, they always do. If I had the time I would have ovrcome it with sheer force of will. For other creatures we just BEAT THEM WITH THIER OWN KIND.
James Wilson - Gale

Yes but it’s not very affective, for example the bastardly clinto’s have tired it riding Yau Gaui against us, we simply used nets or guns to shoot or knock the rider off. They then turned on their Masters and ate them.

It is much more affective to just release them against your enemy, nothing frightens Clinto’s more than a pack of raging Yau Gaui
charging towards then! And with our training they will willing come to back, instead of having to chain them again, which may not always work.

Oh and regardless of what those Brotherhoods do, you are always welcome to trade it Gale, provided it’s on friendly terms ofcourse.

No we have seen it before, our snipers knocked off or killed the riders, and the Gaui then turned on the clinto’s and ripped half their army part…. Another tactic our forces use is to throw out flesh meat for the yao Gaui’s as they stop to eat we kill them….. They stopped using them shorty afterwards...

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was in the Brotherhood's description on the sign up thread.

Other than that great job as the Brotherhood.

I would like to point out one of our memebers of the Brotherhood, HR 1205. Just one of many robots that operate independantly of the Calculator's influence. HR 1205 is not alone. It is true much of our robot brethren are not longer functional, but our scribes work tiresly to get as many of them back up and running. Using HR 1205 we have come along way in adapting new systems to allow us to restore them back into working order to once again help us in our noble goals of uniting humanity.

We have also savlaged a great deal from Vault Zero and other pre-war instilations to further add us. Those of our robot brethern that are to far gone have been salvaged for parts, weapons and in the case of Behemoth Robots, have been retrofitted to provide the Brotherhood with mobile weapons support systems.

Also keep in mind we have tanks and armoured personal carriers.

I would also like to point out, you are the ones that are road blocked in you're towns. I once again repeat, what is in it for the MWBoS? We are fully willing to help out human brethren. Protection, medical supplies, food, water and what ever else they might need. All we as in return is for Slavery, Raiders, cannibalism and mutations comes to an end and humanty once again units for a better shining tomorrow.

Our Yao Gaui are usually too afraid of us after we permanetly tame them to attack thier masters. Maybe it has something to do with our up bringing. We've actually found them to be quite effective, in wide open spaces especially. My main worry is that he was still only half-trained when I brought him here.

We want independance.

We slaughtered the prison guards and took over the town.

The soldiers here have been killed and the citizens have loved this new independance.

We will trade you the mayor of the town who is a Brotherhood veteran and we will open trade with you in exchange for our independance.

OOC: Nice job, that was inventive and makes things interesting. The Brotherhood is kind of the NCR of the MW now and them have some robots and tanks makes things more interesting.

Far from smelly tribals. We welcome all members of the human race into the brotherhood as long as they follow our rules. Basic rules of no slavery, Raiders, cannibalism. We take great pride in all human settlements joining the civilized world. We welcome your unique abilities and way of life. For to survive in the wasteland without resourting to Slavery, Raiders, cannibalism and Mutation is worthy of respect.

"Bah, the Brotherhood has done nothing but oppress the spirit of the people in favor of furthering their own draconian goals. Anti-Mutant, Raider, and Cannibal policies will only get so far, but what happens once you've purged them all? Will you then live in peace? Unlikely,. The blood of not only mutants but people sits on your hands and for that Detroit shall do no dealings with you. As a wise man once said, 'History shows that there are no invincible armies.' Think about that the next time you begin your purges."

We have had dealing with Brotherhood rebels in the past. It is regretable that you have broken away from the brotherhood fold but out of respect of General Dekker, Barnaky has agreed not to have the leaders of your rebellion executed.

If you are willing to compensate the families of the guards, agree to not no further hostile actions against the Brotherhood of Steel, agree to not aid any mutation, raider or slaver group, than independence for your town is possible.

But we will ask for you to allow any memeber of your group that willingly wants to join the Brotherhood be allowed to do so.

One final condition that we are willing to debate, the head leaders of your rebellion must face justice. Keep in mind they will not be executed or mutilated.

As for the mayor you captured. He is a brotherhood soldier that was recruited long ago. Made it through the ranks and is a shining example of what the brotherhood has to offer the people of the wasteland. He is also willing to give up his life if need be. We have the means to take your town, we wish bloodshed.

Have we know? The Brotherhood is very familiar with Communism. We know it is a lie, but as long as you agree to not our terms we will leave you be. That is to not support slavers, raiders and mutation.

As your wise man once said "one man's death is a tragedy a million is a statistic." We don't seek to kill millions of people as your wise man once did and other like him that follow the communist banner.

All of those conditions were fine, we are willing to pay for the losses of those soldiers' families but our leaders will not see just from starting a riot in a prison where you tortured people who were, as your warden put it, 'insubordonate.' Those who were killed had refused to surrender. Those who did we allowed to leave peacefully.

We will not kill him, he is a philisophical man and not deserving of murder although he would accept it and even understand. We have him living under house arrest until you take away the road blocks.

I agree with the Communist, BOS might be helpful in getting rid of raiders, cannibals and slavery but what then? you will just think of something to either attack us or someone else.

Perhaps but beating and scaring your Guai's only weakens them in the long run and probably ruins their teeth...

Hard labor and justice?

I remember the beatings and the trivial tasks.

I remember, in the middle of winter, having to dig circular pits ten feet deep and five feet in diameter then fill them back in all day long.

And all because my brother voted for independance for the town of Napers when the mayor's legislature had a vote, he was one of three who's families are all either dead or in the Dekker Rebellion. How is that justice?

May I remind you of the families of the guards your people killed? The damage done to the Brotherhood? Remember how the Brotherhood saved you and many of your people from the scum of this world? The countless villiages and towns we saved from raiders, slavers, mutants and worse! And you paid us back by rebelling!

We can keep fight over the past all day long. We need to look to the future. I think our deal is very reasonable. Do you agree to it? Keep in mind your leaders punishment is still up for negotiation.

If not we will blockade your town until you do. You will let your women and children starve to defend a mutant? *spits on the ground*
