Rules-
-Do NOT formally declare war unless both factions are already at war (ex: Brotherhood and Mutant Liberation Army) or both sides agree.
-Do NOT make up ridiculous stuff such as coming across a warehouse with millions of laser rifles, keep it realistic.
-Grammar may be improper so long that it is readable.
-Do NOT feel obligated to go on very often, coming in once every one to two days and responding to everything involving you is fine.

*Jameson sits close to the door, he was invited as a representative of the Dekker Rebellion to a convention hosted by the Syndicate and the Brotherhood and he trusts neither of them. He waits patiently for others to arrive.*

Andrew Villa-The Red Stingers"Ambassador"

Andrew walked towards the room. He straightened his suit out and made sure his gun was still there. Just in case it get's out of hand. His bodyguards waited outside. Andrew walked in and sat down. "Hello, I'm Andrew Villa, The Red Stingers "Ambassador" so to say. Who are you?"

Max Fightmaster- Spring

*A schockingly handsome man walks in, wearing a badass looking bulletproof vest embroidered with blood red letter "Fightmaster." Underneath that he has another bulletproof suit, along with bulletproof clipboard and a steel suitcase, he is heavily armed"

"Gentlemen. *nods to the others* Wow, can't believe I'm early, had to kill so many gangmembers to get here. By the way, I would check the security to this place better, people actually trying to help me and offering food and drink. pffft. Oldest trick in the book. Don't worry though, I killed them with my bare hands. *Holds up a bloodstained hand* By the way, is there anything to eat in this joint?

Daniel, The Mutant Liberation Army.

Daniel enters the room cautiously and Is relieved that he wasn't late, he is glad proper arrangements were made for his seating, good size for a Super Mutant.

He melted down onto the chair, he had no idea what to do so he just waited to see how this would play out. He zones out into a world of his own.

Hello Mr.Villa. I would like to do business with the Red Stingers.

Our forces are well armed but have limited ammo. If you could smuggle weapons and ammo to us it would be very appreciated.

And I would like to forge an alliance with you, we both trade to one another and if one of us ends up in a conflict with another faction the other comes to their aid. You seem to be a pretty powerful ally.

Elliot Johnson- The New Confederacy
Elliot strolled down the hallway, slowly checking for traps, The New Confederacy had a lot of enemies and Elliot had already had more than one assasination attempt on him. He opened the door to the conference room and looked around; a Super Mutant, some man with blood on his hands, a gangster, and some other well-dressed man." Hello My friends, how are ya'll doing".

" Mr. Fightmaster, I hear you are trying to make Spring safe, but lack the power to do so, I can send some people to deal with it if you can give control of your land to The Confederacy, I am looking for an outpost further in the Midwest". Elliot pulled out a cigar and lit it.

Gale- Mayor James Wilson

James enters the room, he is a middle-age man wearing a dark gary suit with an shotgun on his back, with him are two gaurds wearing Combat armour and using assault rifles, he comes in and sit downs. his gaurds learn against the wall behind him.

"Hello I am James wilson, the Mayor of Gale, did you know there's a bunch of death people outside?" he asked

" hopefully they were from Clinto and not somone important."

Why else would they act like that? Happens all the time in Spring.

By alliance do you mean the whole town or just one of the gangs? Because I'm not sure we could all work together, we haven't since the Great Deathclaw Hunt of '68 so many deathclaws. . . But what makes you think we'd be powerful allies? Most people avoid us so I'm not sure how we compare to the rest of the wasteland, but I don't think we're anything special.

Pretty good, haven't had to kill as many people as in Spring. Spring is the same as usual: gunfights inside fortified buildings degenerating into hand-to-hand combat, while risking sniper fire if you show your head out on the street, and the bombings. other then that, we have quite the life, food, theatre, art, hospitals.


It could work, I want to see what you plan to do with us though.

OOC: what does the New Confederacy even do, though

Well we're pretty isolated aswell with the Brotherhood bloackades blocking each road.

Us working together could open those up, whether by force or by intimidation.

OOC: It worked.

And the New Confederacy controls the entire southeast and a little into the Mid West.

They're a republic-like faction that uses bolt action rifles and has lots of farms and factories.

EDIT- And I like how everybody's capitalizing on their factions descriptions, Supervaultboy's for being violent and paladin lewis' for hating Clinto more than anything else in the world. Makes me laugh.

Well, for beginners, I don't know your name. Or who you work for, so in that, there's no way we could smuggle weapons to you. Also, why would we have to smuggle?

We would need it smuggled because the Brotherhood has put blockades all around our settlement which is why we're asking the best of the best to smuggle stuff to us so they can be paid and sent back out.

Natasha Pearson - Champion

"It seems as though this conference is going peaceful so far, huh Vitor?" Natasha smirked at the man whom was to escort her safely to and from town as she looked at several dead bodies.

Natasha fiddled with her hair while walking to the conference room, making sure the bun was tight then playing with the braid that hung down the right side of her face. She pushed open the door, her heels clicked on the flooring, her black party dress and small red leather jacket clung to her figure. Natasha scanned the room, several representatives were present, she marched to the seat nearest the head of the table. She sat down, crossing her right leg over her left and removing her black sunglasses to reveal a black eye. A freshly stitched wound resided above her left ear, clearly visible due to the large area of shaved hair.

Natasha took notice of the man who's hand was covered in fresh blood, "Ahh, I take it that was your handiwork decorating the lobby? Looks like you posess some good, cap making skills."

We have a good amount of Brotherhood Coins, odd that we still use that currency in lands they no longer control.

We will give you three hundred per gun and ten per bullet as long as they are high quality.


Well first I would like to try and use diplomacy here at this convention.

If I can't work something out then we will attack them from both sides simultaniously.

OOC: I love how this convention is going so far, all of the faction reps. are acting like how the factions are supposed to act and it seems to be going very well.

Hmmm... That sounds like it might be a pretty good deal. Just to warn you though, I don't speak for every gang in the city, and those guys can get pretty mean if they don't like you. Have you ever seen a Spring fortified building? It's a work-of-art in the sheer defensibility of them, but oftentimes we took the same building back 10 times in one day! So they can be pretty determined.
