i hate how in fallout 3 you could do nothing to kill children. sometimes you might just need to! what if a child uncovers your crime or blocks a path?

i think that if you hurt a child in some ways.. they should just die. possibly even without blood (but no gore). you should also be able to knock them out.

npcs will mourn their loss. if your murder gets reported then your infamy goes through the roof.
