Children/Eggs

Post » Fri Oct 07, 2011 8:34 am

It just cuts to black, then you get a message that an X ammount of time has passed since the birth of your child (even world changes) persay you slaughtered a whole town,by the time your child starts to behave like a person, the town is re inhabited, and no one knows you killed everyone
Just a concept,Im not saying that I would desire this with all my heart, but Bethesda must have had put some thought into the idea
And...........Debate!

I would find it a good thing to add to RPing, like let's say someone Murders your family. Someone's getting Stabbed, slashed and burned at the same time. :o

Well, I have played Dragon Quest V, where you get marryed and have two kids... If it's like that, where they join your party to fight among your side, I think it would be cool, but again, Bethesda doesn't like do kill children in their games, so you would have 2 immortal party members... Then no, it wouldn't work well.

Right here, I plan on having many wives as well.

As for the topic, yeah, I want to see children in the villages. Its the rp in me, a town with no kinder in sight? Just doesn't look right.

I have to vote no, not because I'm against the idea, but I even find companions to be a bind sometimes, nearly all my characters are go it alone types.

Perhaps finding a dragon egg of some sorts and taking care of it until it's born can be your "child". I wouldn't mind that. I actually think that would be pretty cool to have your own little pet dragon with you and to see it grow up and become another one of your tools of war. :)

It was just an example to show how time has progressed since you decided to have a child, time moves on

Marriage is a stupid "Fable" gimmick and sadly enough TES thought it worth looking into. If this game becomes anymore like "The Sims" and I have to worry about bills and taking out the trash I'm going to be pretty damn disappointed in Mr. Howard
