Definitely not. That would most receive horrible press and would be protested and be modded out everywhere except maybe the US & Japan.

it was mentioned once, chill out - try and get back on topic.

Children are confirmed and yeah, it would be nice to see a young khajiit or argonian and very interesting as well.
it would also give the modding community the ability to make mods so you can be a child. o.o

Discussion of child killing is a restricted topic, and I am sure there are other topics about children in the game if you look through the forum.
