Chinese Enclave?

A thought has been running through my mind of late. Could there have been a similar organisation to the Enclave in China? A shadow organisation trying to bring about a change of government in China, and could they even have been in cohorts with the US Enclave until things ran out of control? One dark group trying to play two super powers off against each other for their own personal goals? Pure speculation because as far as I am aware there is no evidence for it but I quite like the idea. Any thoughts?

Every government, at least in the Cold war era (and assuedly in fallout's where nuclear war was believed to be imminent) has a "Continuity of operations" plan, so did they have some sort of organisation designed to emerge post war? Almost certainly.

However, Given that China's political structure is very different, I dont think there would be a need for a shadowy enclave style organisation. I think any "Chineese Enclave" would be able to trace its link directly to those in the official seats of power when the bombs dropped.

However, there isnt really anything in canon that tells us whats is happening in china.

Exactly, I'd rather not condemn that potential. Especially since Bethesda have made more of an emphasis on Chinese activity in FO3. It could happen, something similar at least, although I wonder after 200+ years they would have retained their bilingual talents. Might make localisation a little difficult.
