The armor gives +5 to sneak, which is quite a low bonus compared to the other armors. Even the tribal armor from HH gives the same +5 bonus to sneak, which is a joke as the Chinese Stealth suit should be a high tech sneaking solution. The bonus should be at least +15 or +20.++

The cloaking field proved to be too much of a game breaker in FO3, though I agree that there is very little reason to use the suit without it.

For those that are on pc, there is a mod that restores the effects of the CSA from FO3. Unfortunately for those on consoles there is nothing you can do about it aside from using a steathboy.

I agree it had the game breaking factor. But no more than any cloaking or inviso spell from a game like Obl. You can abuse any of them. I do miss the cloaking-while-crouched effect. Alas, If you can get past that whole stupid grandmaw bit, from Lily, the Stealth Boy is a viable opt. But it is still not the same.

Where do you find the Chinese stealth armor in New Vegas? even though its not the same its the thought that counts.... unless your trying to hide from a deathclaw
