Chip-Toss Dillinger: The Forgotten Bounties

Daniel Dillinger was the first advlt character I made that I ended up growing attached to. I remember his first debut in my brain, when I was walking home from school on a very hot Hawaii-Humid day: A sarcastic bounty hunter whom had a past that was beginning to catch up to him, and several people to look after.

If this sounds familiar to you, it should. Not only has this been a character type for several years, but Chip-Toss Dillinger was inspired heavily by Cowboy Bebop in many regards. Despite the clear similarities between the two however, I like to think that Chip-Toss Dillinger had its own traits that separated it from Cowboy Bebop.

After much thinking, I felt it would be best to let Chip-Toss Dillinger rest for now. As it stands, I'm already writing my own book set in my own universe, (which will be finished sometime during the summer,) and even more importantly, I've grown. I've grown past the point where I need to take a concept from some other media and use it as my primary foundation for my own stories (says the guy that writes Fan Fiction.) There will come a day when Chip-Toss Dillinger returns in his own universe, but for now... let the bounty hunter rest.

All of that being said, there are still some scenes that I ended up formulating inside my petty little human brain involving Daniel Dillinger and what would of been his crew. With the exception of the scene in the following post, I will be writing out these scenes and posting them in the order that they would have appeared throughout the original series of Chip-Toss Dillinger, which was meant to be a total of 38 "Episodes" long.

This is my gift to you good folks on this forum. Without all of you, not only would Chip-Toss Dillinger have never came to be, but I may have never made it this far in what I hope to be a long writing career. If we were to add up the reasons I am the writer that I am today, this forum would definitely get a good third of the credit, if not more.

COG! Roll the damn clip! Not a gun clip you old codger, THE SHOW! START THE SHOW!!!
