Chitin Armor appreciation thread.

I hadn't payed much attention to it before because it didn't look that good on my female Dunmer.

But then I put it on my male Redguard and... Shor's bones, I'm just in love with it.

That ragged appearance is just badass. You can look at a character wearing that and say you can tell s/he goes through rough s## on a daily basis.

I think it is the worst looking armour in the game.
I hate wearing helmets but I can only wear the morag tong armour with a helmet (because the neck).
I hate the front of the armour but I don't mind the back.
All followers look good in it but my characters don't.

I loved the way it looked on my female Breton. She was a pure mage, but started wearing chitin armour because it looked so good (and helped while she was on Solstheim).

Why would you point something out that may make the other person not like something they currently do like? Makes no sense.

I like to use it on Dunmer characters, especially since I felt Dunmer had few options for a thematic playthrough and it fits both light and heavy armor. Bonemold is better though, IMO.
