Will the next Fallout game have different races to choose from like Oblivion and Skyrim?

I've played Fallout before and I remember there were humans, vampires, androids, mutants and super mutants in the game.

Super mutants are not really a race. They are normal humans that because of the radiation they suffered these "transformations". There isn't really a race in the FO universe.Just the human race

I don't see choosing races to happen anytime soon, although I don't think it would be a horrible idea. I think if you were a ghoul or something, then normal humans would react immediately to you, more often than not negatively. Or if you are an android, then there could be special quests involving the Commonwealth.
