Choppy strafing?

Post » Fri Jul 19, 2013 5:00 am

Just installed Skyrim, everything is good and smooth except if I strafe with A/D while moving forward. Running/walking forward alone is fine, but while strafing things seem a little choppy. System is a Core i3 2010, Radeon HD 7770 1G, 8G RAM. Should be plenty? I read the NVIDIA tweak guide, and I feel like I have appropriate settings. Here's what I have it set at: 1280x1024, 4xAA, 8xAF, Texture high, radial high, shadows medium, decals high, FXAA off, water reflections all, fades: object 13, actor 13, grass 6, specularity 10, light 26, item 13, distant detail medium, detail fade off. Are there any obvious settings that I umped too high, or do I need to start looking at other tweaks (.ini file)? Thanks!

disable the gamepad and rumble in the Prefs file.

Find these lines and make them look like this

bGamepadEnable=0

bGamePadRumble=0

You may also have to use the Stutter Remover if your still having this issue after that.
