I got a surprise this morning! I had a new dweller arriving from the wasteland and I needed to upgrade a community room to make room for him. I was stoked to see that the community room then became completely decorated for Christmas! This is awesome! Will try to post pic!

Upgrade your diner and living quarters to level three, and make them three rooms wide to see holiday decor. They did the same thing for Thanksgiving and Halloween.

Be warned though, incidents get much harder, in upgraded rooms. Don't keep low level poorly equipped dwellers in them.
