Cidhna Mine Graphical Glitch Shader Issue - Looking at Stone

I've been playing Skyrim SSE 1.3.9.0.8 Steam Edition now for a while.


I'm on a stock clocked i5-4690K with a stock clocked nVidia GTX 980 Ti.



For whatever reason, ONLY in Cidhna Mine in Markarth, I'm getting graphical corruption when I cross the first bridge or look at certain walls.
